I am going to help you build a strong, feminine physique with curves in all the right places but before you begin the program, I want to give you a few training and eating tips that are going to help you achieve the body of your dreams!
The Slim Thicc Guide is the closest program to my current training routine. I have included all of my favorite booty building exercises and everything that I’ve found to work. Each workout is unique to one another and strategically written to provide ideal results.
Every workout uses a combination of supersets, plyometric exercises and full body HIIT to efficiently get the body to look more voluptuous in the hips and chest, and tinier in the waistline.

This strategically designed program is 8 weeks long with 5 workout sessions a week, including upper and lower body workouts. There will be an emphasis on building your glutes while slimming the rest of your body.
The workouts will be roughly 1 hour long. Half of the workout will consist of the most effective exercises using minimal equipment and the other half will be cardio 2-3x week. The cardio you do will vary and progressively get harder throughout the program.
Hi! My name is Tara Crosley. I am 20 years old and am currently living in Boulder, Colorado. I am a student and have been studying Dietetics for a little over a year. My fitness journey began after my tenth and final year of doing gymnastics in 2013. I joined a local crossfit gym to help build up my strength for my final season. I would train 4-5 days a week doing workouts that were excruciating and resulted in me gaining a ton of muscle.
After 3 years, I definitely looked like a “gym girl” and it was blatantly obvious that I trained all the time. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with an athletic body type, but my goals changed. Instead of an athletic body type, I aspired to have a more lean and “feminine” physique. I wanted muscle definition but not the size that comes with it. I wanted to build my curves, but slim my stomach and arms at the same time.
I was tired of listening to the same old fitness experts, so I took matters into my own hands. I decided to take steps to reduce my overall muscle mass. After a lot of research, trial and error, I believe I have mastered a technique to increase muscle tone to the body part while decreasing the size of that same body part. I also have mastered keeping feminine curves by increasing muscle growth in the legs and glutes.
