SLIM FIT GUIDE

This strategically designed program is 8 weeks long with 5 workout sessions a week, including upper and lower body workouts. There will be an emphasis on building your glutes while slimming the rest of your body.

The workouts will be roughly 1 hour long. Half of the workout will consist of the most effective exercises using minimal equipment and the other half will be cardio 2-3x week. The cardio you do will vary and progressively get harder throughout the program.

Hi, I’m Tara :)

My soul’s purpose is to help you reach your health and fitness goals, reconnect with your spirit and our beloved planet, and to assist you in gracefully living a healthy, happy and abundant life.

This is all about YOU, but here are a few things about me and how this all started…

My journey has been a learning process of discovering what works, and what doesn’t. Through 10 years of competitive gymnastics, 3 years of Crossfit and olympic lifting, and countless hours spent at the gym, I have gathered my favorite exercises and training techniques to create a simple, yet effective workout program that empowers everyone to become the best version of themselves.

Consistent training in the gym will do wonders for your body, but I am a strong believer that becoming the best version of yourself starts on the INSIDE.

Not only is it important to nourish your body with clean, healthy foods.

It’s especially important to nourish and train your MIND.

I remember how hopeless I used to feel and how little control I felt I had over my feelings and life. I was trapped by my own negative thought patterns that manifested into some of the lowest points of my life.

However becoming familiar with these sufferings and believing in more for myself was my starting point into the path of ascension. These starting points were the apex of when I would decide to transform my life for the greater good.

I’ve found that establishing a connection with your true self, and thereby evolving your outlook on life, can create significant changes your life in ways that fitness alone can’t.

Through my own ongoing spiritual journey, the pursuit of self-realization and the consistent practice of seeking an ever more profound connection to my higher self, I have collected and now share my most valued practices, all with the goal of helping others reconnect with their soul - their authentic self.

By connecting to this higher self, you are given the power to entirely transform your life into one defined by freedom, love, inner peace and true happiness.

My vision is to bring perspective and enlighten you with guidance that is going to improve all aspects of your life.
